Returns and refunds

Effective September 22, 2026.

All sales are final

We're a one-person shop printing small batches, so once an order has shipped we can't accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or size.

The shirts are standard unisex sizing. Mistakes caught before shipping, and items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong, are covered below.

Made a mistake?

Email orders@mathphysics.academy with your order number before your order ships and we can:

• Change the size. This may affect when your order ships.
• Fix the address, from a typo to a new address.

If the change affects your total, we'll refund you in full so you can reorder.

Damaged in transit, defective, or wrong

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or isn't the size or item you ordered, email orders@mathphysics.academy within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. Keep the packaging until we've resolved it.

We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund including postage, your choice. We may ask you to send the item back first; if so, we'll email you a prepaid label.

Small variations in hand screen-printing, such as placement and ink texture, aren't defects.

Late orders

If we can't ship within the time we gave you, we'll email you with a new date and refund you in full within a week if you'd rather not wait. See Shipping.

Cancelling

Email us before your order ships and we'll cancel and refund in full.

Refunds

Go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Before disputing a charge

Please email us first. We answer, and a refund is faster than a card dispute for both of us.
