Where

The 50 states, Washington DC, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

We can't ship to US territories or outside the United States yet. Canada is likely to come first. Check back.

Cost

Calculated at checkout for your address and what's in your order, by USPS Ground Advantage. The figure is shown before you pay and appears on your receipt as "Shipping & handling".

When

Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks from Long Beach, California. Occasionally an order slips to 3 to 4 weeks; if yours does, we'll email you before the two weeks are up with a new date, and refund you in full within a week if you'd rather not wait.

Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers in 2 to 5 business days in the contiguous US.

Signature Confirmation

Optional at checkout, for the carrier's fee, shown before you pay. Someone must sign for the parcel; if no one is home, USPS holds it at the post office.

Tracking

When your label is printed you'll get a tracking email from orders@mathphysics.academy. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show movement.

Your address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us with your order number before your order ships.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we'll reship it once you pay the new postage. If we don't hear from you within 30 days of its return, we'll refund the shirts and keep the original postage.

Lost, damaged or missing

No tracking movement for 15 days after shipping: email us. We'll open a search with USPS and send a replacement or refund your order.

Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and your local post office. A parcel USPS shows as delivered to the address you gave isn't replaced. If that's a concern, choose Signature Confirmation.
