Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your payment is accepted when Stripe confirms it and you receive a receipt.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item turns out to be out of stock, a price or description was plainly wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. We'll email you if we do.

Prices, tax and shipping

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay. Shipping is calculated at checkout; see the Shipping policy. Everything is shown on the payment page before you confirm.

Products

Shirts are screen-printed by hand, so small variations in print placement and ink are normal and not defects. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the fabric. The shirts are standard unisex sizing.

Our designs

The designs, artwork and site content belong to Math/Physics Academy. Buying a shirt doesn't grant rights to reproduce the design.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under California or federal consumer law that can't be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by California law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
